The product is sold out. When will it be available again?

It is possible that the product you are looking for is already available in our warehouses but not on the web. Contact customer service and we will be happy to check availability

How can I track the order?

We normally deliver within 3 working days, to see the delivery and shipping details see the appropriate sectionavailable here.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
To receive the tracking number you will have to wait until midnight of the same day, when the courier generates the tracking code.
You will then receive a second email with the link to track the shipment.

I was not present at the retreat. What I do?

If the courier does not find it on the day of delivery, it will try to deliver again the next day. If once again it is unable to deliver the order, it will go into stock, in which case you will have to contact our customer service to unblock the stock and make a new delivery. Should this happen, we cannot guarantee the delivery times established.

I received a stock email from the courier.

If the courier does not find the delivery address or fails to deliver the items, the order will go into storage.
We recommend that you avoid contacting the courier directly and contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you resolve the incident as quickly as possible

I have received a wrong or defective item.

First of all we are sorry for what happened, even if it is very rare that it happens we are not exempt from possible human or production errors, but we are ready to solve any problem as quickly as possible.

If you have received the wrong product, we kindly ask you to contact customer service by phone or email. You can decide whether to replace the item or receive a refund. Blakshop will organize the withdrawal or and eventual replacement at no cost to you.

If you consider that you have received a defective product, please take photos highlighting the defect and send an email to info@blakshoo.com.

Our team will assess the defect and proceed with the refund or replacement of the product. Depending on the case, we will decide whether to withdraw the defective product.

Is it possible to change my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to modify the order. If you want to delete a product we will proceed with the refund. If the new total is less than the minimum necessary for free shipping, the shipping costs will be withheld.

In case you want to replace or add a product, if the new total should be higher we will send you an email with a link to make the payment of the difference. If the new total exceeds the minimum necessary for free shipping, we will refund the shipping costs charged
