What are the shipping times?

We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Most Blakshop customers receive their order within 1 and 3 days from the date of purchase.
Blakshop will ship the order the same day or the day after the purchase (weekends and holidays excluded).
From the moment of sending the order will be delivered within 1 and 3 days depending on the area (weekends and holidays excluded):

1 working day North Central Italy,
2 and 3 working days South Italy and islands.

Upon arrival of the material, the customer undertakes to collect it.
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery the next day.

Can I track the order?

Of course, as soon as the order is shipped you will receive an email confirming the dispatch.
At midnight of the same day, when the courier generates the tracking code, you will receive a second email with the link to track your order.

If for some reason you do not receive the email, you can find the link to track the status of your shipment by logging into your Blakshop account.

It is necessary to register a personal profile on Blakshop to be able to access the details of your orders.

Where are the orders shipped from?

All orders are processed from our headquarters in Bussolengo, Province of Verona, Italy.

What are the shipping costs in Italy?

For purchases of less than € 50.00 the cost is € 6.50.
Shipping costs are free for purchases greater than or equal to € 50.00.

Do you send abroad?

We send to all of Europe. Shipping costs vary depending on the country.
Returns outside Italy are the responsibility of the customer.

Fracia, Germany, Spain

The standard shipping cost is € 14.90

In case of return, € 14.90 will be deducted from the refund

Rest of Europe

The standard shipping cost is € 19.00

In case of return, € 19.00 will be deducted from the refund

If your country is not available during checkout, it is possible that you are not yet active in our system. In this case, please contact customer service at info@blakshop.com and we will be happy to organize the shipment at the lowest possible price.

What to do if the package is damaged?

If the courier delivers a partially damaged or opened package, check the contents before accepting the delivery.

In case of non-compliance or apparent damage:

1. Refuse the delivery and fill in the acceptance form indicating the problem encountered.
2. Return the package to the courier.
3. Contact Blakshop Customer Service describing what happened in the following 48 hours indicating the order number.

Wrong delivery or defective item.

Even if it is very unlikely, it can happen that you receive a wrong or defective item. If this happens, please contact customer service. You can decide whether to replace the item or receive a refund. Blakshop will organize the collection of the order at no cost to the customer.

Non-collection and storage costs.

If the courier entrusted with the delivery of your order does not find you at the shipping address provided, it will try again the next day. After the second unsuccessful attempt, your package will be stored with the courier for the next 3 days, within which a new delivery must be organized. Beyond 3 days of storage, or in the event of a further unsuccessful delivery attempt, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded, deducting the shipping costs of € 6.50 from the total refund (even if the your order had reached free shipping) and any additional storage costs.
