How to make a return
To make a return, please submit a request using the return portal. Our customer service will arrange the pickup date with you.
Please ensure that the item is shipped in its original packaging, including the original tag/label for clothing items and the box for footwear. Socks can only be returned with the tag still attached to the sock.
Items must be returned unused, in good condition, and with the completed return form.
After receiving the product and inspecting its integrity, Blakshop will only refund the customer the price of the product.
In the unlikely event that the returned product is received in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to process the refund. If this happens, we will contact you asking if you wish to waive the product or if you prefer it to be sent back to you. If you decide to have the product back, Blakshop may charge you for shipping costs again.
Gift Cards are not refundable.

Return deadline
You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to make a return.
During the Christmas period, for orders from Black Friday to December 25th, the return period is extended to January 6th.
Return cost for Italy
Returns are free.
However, to avoid inappropriate use of free delivery and return service - for example, if there is a well-founded suspicion that items are worn before being returned, in case of an excessively high and frequent number of returns, or if a collection attempt fails - we may have to decide to charge return fees equal to €7.50, deactivate the account and all associated accounts. Should this happen to you and you believe that an error in judgment has been made, please contact Customer Support and we will be happy to review your case.
Return cost outside Italy
Returns from abroad are at the customer's expense
Can I exchange an item?
Currently, exchanges are not possible.
To make an exchange, you will need to make a new purchase and proceed with the return of the unwanted product.
