Arcade partnered with Outdoor Research, who works with Roots Studio to make this Warli print. A portion of the proceeds from this belt will go to the Warli tribe, to support the still existing Warli Tribes. The Warli tribe has been creating works of art for thousands of years in Maharashtra, India. With the arrival of urbanization, there are only a dozen Warli artists left. The print used for this collaboration depicts the thatched roofs that covered the tops of the huts of the Warli tribe. Today these roofs are no longer so common, but they offer a reminder of traditional Warli life.
