To make a return, send a request using the return portal . The customer service will arrange the pick-up date of the order with you.
Make sure to ship the item in its original packaging, including the original label/tag in the case of clothing items and with the box in the case of footwear. Stockings can only be returned with the tag still attached to the stocking.
Items must be returned unused, in good condition and with the return form completed.
Blakshop, after receiving the product and having inspected the integrity of the same and will refund the customer only the price of the product.
In the unlikely event that the returned product is received in unacceptable conditions, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. Should this happen we will contact you asking if you would like to give up the product or if you would prefer it to be sent back to you. If you decide to get the product back, Blakshop may have to charge you the shipping costs again.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.

During the Christmas period, for orders from Black Friday to December 25th, the return is extended to January 6th.
The return is free.
However, to avoid misuse of the free delivery and returns service - for example, if there is a well-founded suspicion that the items are worn before being returned, or in case of too high and frequent returns - we may having to make the decision to charge a return fee of €6.50, deactivate your account and any accounts associated with it. Should this happen to you and you think an error of judgment has been made, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to review your case.
The return from abroad is charged to the customer
At the moment the exchange is not possible.
To make a replacement it will be necessary to make a new purchase and proceed with the return of the unwanted product.
