What payment methods can I use on Blakshop?

You can pay for your order with Paypal, credit cards belonging to the Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express circuits or with any prepaid card such as Postepay or CartaSi.

At the moment we do not accept cash on delivery payments.

To avoid the risk of fraud, all payments are by verifying the IP management, patrons of purchasing behavior and that by consulting a database of risky credit cards.

For payment by credit card Blakshop relies on Stripe, the best payment platform available for online payments.

When will the amount of my order be charged?

The total amount will be charged immediately after purchase and you will receive an email with the order confirmation.

If our system recognizes the order as fraudulent it is possible that a manual verification on our part is required.
In this case the amount will be charged once the verification is completed.
The order will not be processed only once the amount has been charged.

If you decide to return the goods, the amount will be re-credited once the integrity of the products has been verified and exclusively with the same payment and card methods with which you made the purchase.

Is it safe to pay online by credit card?

All sensitive data such as passwords or credit card numbers are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

The SSL protocol is a protocol used all over the world by the largest online operators such as Amazon or Ebay.
Thanks to the use of this protocol, your information will be protected from a possible attack.

To verify that the protocol is active, just look for the padlock symbol, visible in the browser, usually next to the URL address bar you are visiting.

On Blakshop the URL address will appear with https: // at the beginning, where the letter "s" indicates that the connection is secure.

Nobody, not even Blakshop, is able to know the details of the credit cards used, as the data is decrypted by the bank under the authorization of your credit card company only at the time of the transaction. 
Furthermore, this information will never be reused except to issue the relative refunds in the event of any returns.

How can I request an invoice?

In case you need an invoice, you can contact our customer service by sending an email to info@blakshop.com.
To be able to general the invoice we will need the following data:

• _ Fiscal Code
• _ VAT number
• _ Unique SID code
• _ PEC number

We will send the electronic invoice to the Revenue Agency through the SDI channel, then it will receive it through the same channel. No invoice can be sent by email.

When will I get my refund

After receiving the products in our office, and having verified the integrity of the same, we will proceed with the refund.

The refund will be sent exclusively to the same credit card or account used for the purchase.

If the products are not intact, have been used or damaged Blakshop will contact the customer to communicate the incidence and will treat the amount of the damaged product.
