RICCARDO GRAMATICA

My name is Riccardo Gramatica and I am 18 years old, I come from Gargnano on Lake Garda and I have been downhill since I was 10 years old. I started with some bike rides with some friends and my passion for downhill started from there.

I have been competing since 2016 and during these 5 seasons, in addition to winning some regional competitions, I graduated under 17 Italian champion, I joined the national team and I raced in addition to the Italian championship also some stages of the European and the World.
Starting from 2021 I will be part of the open category and therefore I will find myself competing against the strongest athletes nationally and internationally.

My goals are to continue racing in the Italian championship trying to constantly enter the absolute top 10, to participate in the European championship and consequently to try to collect points that are useful to be part of the world cup as well.

In the meantime, I continue to train both on a bike, thanks to the help of my family and my team (Kona bike center Cimone), and in the gym with the help of a personal trainer (Believe in change), in preparation for a season of races that will be full of new experiences and we hope for good results!
